Though Kim worked for Nordstrom for many years, she began her 'sales and customer service' training when she

was very young.  "My sales and promotional training started early while working at the local baseball snack shack during games.  I was hired for the fun job of negotiatingsnow cone flavors and the like during my brother's games."  This also kept her at the field when she wasn't playing her own softball game - one of her favorite sports.

After high school, Kim headed for Oregon State University where she persued Business Administration.  Two years later Kim transferred to University of Oregon, where she graduated with a B.S. in Advertising.  Yes, she is a loyal Duck and Beaver fan.
